Role Overview

Thitsar Guardian Security Services is launching a dedicated Risk Intelligence Unit focused on personnel screening and risk assessment for Myanmar's high-value corporate sector. The Analyst / Risk Officer will be the analytical mind of the unit, responsible for reviewing verification data, identifying potential risk indicators, and preparing structured reports to support hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review background verification results and supporting information.
• Identify inconsistencies or potential risk indicators.
• Analyze data and prepare structured, professional reports.
• Apply internal risk assessment frameworks.
• Provide clear and neutral assessment summaries.
• Maintain proper documentation and strict confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Law, Finance, or related field preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in audit, compliance, research, banking, or risk-related roles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Good written English (report writing required).
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in internal audit, compliance, or investigation.
• Familiarity with structured corporate reporting.

Role Overview

The Field Intelligence Officer is our unit's eyes on the ground. You will be responsible for conducting discreet on-ground verification, visiting residential and corporate addresses, and collecting accurate information to support personnel screening and background checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct address and identity verification visits.
• Perform discreet local inquiries when required.
• Verify employment information through site visits or calls.
• Collect and document field observations clearly.
• Submit structured reports to the internal analytical team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in security operations, field work, investigation, or supervision roles.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Highly familiar with Yangon and surrounding areas.
• Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in security companies, investigation roles, or similar field-based work.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and physically fit Security Guards to join our team. As a Security Guard at Thitsar Guardian Security, you will be responsible for protecting property, maintaining security, and ensuring the safety of personnel and visitors at our client sites. This role requires alertness, good communication skills, and the ability to respond appropriately to various security situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent security breaches, theft, and other violations
• Control access to premises by checking identification and authorizing entry
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Write detailed reports of security incidents, observations, and activities
• Provide assistance to visitors and staff as needed
• Monitor surveillance equipment and security systems
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with law enforcement officials when necessary

Minimum Requirements

• Age between 18-50 years
• Minimum height of 5'3"
• High school education or equivalent
• Good physical health and fitness
• No criminal record
• Willingness to work shifts (day/night) and weekends/holidays
